Shipping & Delivery

Fulfillment Partner

All Vanguard Protection Group merchandise is fulfilled and shipped by Printful, our trusted print-on-demand partner. Each product is made to order to ensure quality and sustainability.

Processing & Fulfillment Time

Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 2–5 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is sent for production.

Estimated Shipping Times

  • Within Canada (Ontario, Quebec, Atlantic, Prairies): 2–5 business days after fulfillment

  • Remote & Northern Regions: 5–10 business days after fulfillment

  • United States: 5–10 business days after fulfillment

  • International Orders: 10–20 business days depending on destination

Total Delivery Time = Fulfillment (2–5 days) + Shipping (varies by region)

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order weight, delivery location, and Printful’s live carrier rates. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on select products.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your delivery progress directly through the carrier’s website.

Delivery Issues

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before checkout. Vanguard Protection Group is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@vanguardpg.ca within 10 business days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate.

Customs & Duties

Orders fulfilled within Canada are typically duty-free. International orders may be subject to customs fees or taxes upon delivery, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

  • If your order included a free-shipping promotion, the standard shipping cost may be deducted from your refund when applicable.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or colour, include this request in your email. Once the return is received and verified, your replacement item will be shipped promptly.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and arrange for a replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom prints or embroidered items made to order

  • Clearance or final-sale merchandise

  • Gift cards or downloadable products

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for non-defective returns requiring re-inspection or repackaging. We will notify you prior to processing.
